About plans and licences
How are people counted?
Each person counts once, in their highest role. Someone who is a developer on one project and a team lead on another takes a team lead place.
What does a team lead do?
A team lead builds and reviews code like a developer, and also plans sprints.
What if we need more of one role?
Add extra places, move to a bigger plan, or ask for a custom plan with exactly the mix you need. We send a new licence file; nothing is lost.
Does the PO agent cost extra?
No. On Team and above, the PO agent uses your own Claude API key, so you pay Anthropic directly for what you use.
What happens when the trial or licence ends?
Nothing is deleted. ProductOwner becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in, read and export everything, until a licence is added.
How do I add a licence?
We send you a licence file. An admin adds it in Settings → Licence; no restart and no internet connection needed.
Where is our data?
On your server only. We never see your work, code or meetings.
